WINTER GLORY FINE CRAFT FAIR
The WDCC’s premiere pre-holiday craft showFriday, Nov. 16, 3-9 p.m. Saturday Nov. 17, 10-5 p.m. Harley-Davidson Museum at the crossroads of 6th and Canal streets, Milwaukee. Expanding on the 39-year tradition of the August Morning Glory show, the Winter Glory Fine Craft Show is the can’t-miss shopping opportunity of the fall — in Milwaukee’s hottest event venue. “So many people have said they miss the shopping experience of the “Ornaments and Adornments” show that used to be at the Milwaukee Art Museum. We wanted to create a show that capture the quality of that event and take it a even a step further,” said silk painter Laura Livermore, Winter Glory co-chair and exhibiting artist. Winter Glory will showcase 42 regional artists hand-picked to create a dynamic range of gift-giving options including jewelry, fiber art, ceramics, photography, and woodwork.
